Practice Details:
• Join a collegial group of 5 other providers to practice the full spectrum of Family Medicine
• Ability to incorporate inpatient rounding, ER shifts, Urgent Care, and more
• Dynamic and forward-thinking independent organization that has brought on 20 providers in the past 3 years
• See anywhere between 14-18 patients per day, offering reasonable volumes to ensure enough time with each patient
• Autonomous and flexible schedule that offers 3 1/2 or 4-day work week options

Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over $310K annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $150,000 - paid upfront!
